HISTORY
It all began in 2011 when, after a work experience in the family cured meats factory, Miriam and Simone decided to make their dream come true: the selection and processing of fresh meat and the opening of a virtuous butcher’s shop.
RESEARCH
The adventure immediately unfolds on the scrupulous selection of Italian farms that respect the very strict criteria of environmental sustainability and animal welfare at the basis of the philosophy of Miriam and Simone who thus identify farms focused on wild or semi-wild grazing.

Today, Entrecôte, thanks to the collaboration with extraordinary professionals, is able to bring together (and offer) in its selection the utmost Italian excellence in the field of meat (all the reference chains, both beef, pork and poultry, are rigorously certified).
The dream is to contribute to making present-day nutrition increasingly conscious, in which meat consumption is healthy, regulated and increasingly sustainable, until indiscriminate intensive farming disappears.
